1. In 7 days of placing the order if you did not receive your E-Profile from us on your registered email then you are entitled to receive your full refund, if you are cancelling the Service/Product from us.
2. Once we send the Your Modified e-profile to your email after that if the customer wants to cancel the service then he will receive only 50% of the amount he paid or the final decision will be made my naukrisecure.com management.
3. Once we dispatched your e-profile by courier. You are entitled to ask only 30% refund in case you want to cancel the e-profile designing/medication service from us.
4. After 20 day of the order placed or 5 days after receiving the hard copy of your e-profile, no cancellation will be accepted.
5. At all the stages customer must prove us a valid reason for cancellation or refund, it should not be like Personal Reason….etc.
6. As per the disclaimer we do not take the guaranty of profile, or any kinds of interview calls, So any reason for the refund like that I did not get the profile will not be accepted.
7. All the final decision of the refund and acceptance of cancellation will be made by naukrisecure.com team on case to case basis.
8. All the refund will be made by naukrisecure.com after the deduction the TDR and courier charges except we could not deliver the Product and service on time which is 7 days.
9. Customer do not have a authority to ask the proof of TDR (Payment gateway charges) or the courier fee it will be accepted on the standard rate basis by the management final decision.
